Why do the flower heads look flat and not as fluffy as shown in the photos?
The blooms get compressed during packaging and shipping, so they won’t be as full as the listing pictures right out of the box. Simply fluff them by hand and use a hair dryer on the warm setting to restore their full, fluffy shape.
The flowers look smaller than they do in the product photos. Is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. The blooms are tightly packed for transit, which makes them appear smaller at first. Once you reshape and fluff them out, they will reach their full advertised size.
The color looks different from the photos. Did I receive the wrong product?
Slight color variations are normal due to lighting differences during photography and varying screen displays. Please reference our product video to see the true color in natural light.
I need these for a wedding or event. How far ahead should I place my order?
Shipping takes 3–5 business days. You’ll also need time to reshape and style the flowers when they arrive. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to avoid missing your deadline.
